We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and descriptions (please note all images are for illustration purposes only.) of items on the howitshouldtaste.co.uk website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will always reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. Our hampers are collections of food and non-food items packaged in containers such as wicker baskets or cardboard imputation baskets. As these products contain perishable items and items with a expiry date, your statutory right to withdraw purchases within the seven working day ‘cooling-off’ period does not apply to these items. Your 7-day ‘cooling-off’ period begins from the date of delivery.

We may also at times show slightly different packaging in the hamper contents listing to that of the actual hamper contents. From time to time, food and non-food items in the hampers may change and there will be a 1 week delay in the website information reflecting the change. If a food and non-food item is changed, it will, in most occasions, be of a similar food or non-food item.

Gift Messages

Every order can be sent with a personal message. This feature is completed when an item is purchased via Paypal and we are not responsible for any lose or incorrect spelling or grammar. If you have any issues, please do contact us.

Right to withdraw purchases within “cooling off” period

If you live in the European Union you have a right by law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within a “cooling-off” period of seven working days starting on the day after the day the item is delivered to you (“Cooling-Off Period”). This right applies to all items advertised on the Website except for:

  • Perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly (e.g. hampers containing such items and other food and beverage items) items; including items worn next to the body
  • Sealed items where the seal has been broken
  • You may be liable for the cost of returning the item(s) to us

All payments are to be conducted via Paypal, we can’t accept cheque, cash or phone transactions.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Howitshouldtaste.co.uk and Paypal customer services. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the hamper charge. This only applies if the order is cancelled prior to despatch
